About the Project
When we first received our Metallic Black bricks we knew they’d be a standout but it wasn’t until Ockham really brought them to life on the Modal Building in Auckland that we could really appreciate the beauty this brick could achieve.
The Modal Building located in the central Auckland suburb of Mt Albert, is close to public transport routes and only 5km to the city. The building contains 32 beautiful apartments with a rooftop residents’ lounge that has views to impress.
Brick and Block Laying
Getting the curves to look as sleek and spectacular as they have was no small feat and with over 63,000 bricks delivered to site the team at TS Bricklayers did a spectacular job of ensuring the bricks look great now and for decades to come.
